ReviewGod (“we”, “us”) provides tools for displaying Google reviews on your website via embeddable widgets and an API. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your choices are.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. We use this to operate your account and contact you about the service.
• Billing data — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we keep only your Stripe customer reference, plan, and invoice history.
• Usage data — API and widget requests are logged (endpoint, timestamp, approximate location derived from IP) to meter plan quotas, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
• Review content — the Google reviews shown in your widgets are publicly available content belonging to their authors and to Google. We cache a limited number of recent reviews per business to serve your widgets quickly.
• Support messages — if you contact support, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data. We don't use your data for advertising. We don't read your widget visitors' behavior — the embed script loads review data and nothing else; it sets no cookies on your visitors' browsers.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies on reviewgod.xyz to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Apify (review data collection), Resend (transactional email), and Google (sign-in). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Usage logs are kept for up to 12 months. Cached review data is refreshed on a rolling basis and replaced as new reviews are fetched. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep records (e.g. invoices).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. If you're in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
