Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of ReviewGod — the website at reviewgod.xyz, our review widgets, and our API. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

ReviewGod lets you display publicly available Google reviews of a business on your own website, via an embeddable widget or a JSON API. Review content is created by its authors and made available by Google; we don't own it, author it, or guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability. Google may change or restrict access to review data at any time, which can affect the service.

Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and API keys. Keep your API key secret; anything done with it counts as done by you. You must provide accurate account information and be authorized to display reviews for the businesses you connect.

Plans, quotas and billing

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the ReviewGod software, design, and brand. You retain all rights to your own site and content. Review content remains the property of its respective authors and platforms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service fast and available but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may modify features over time; if we discontinue the service entirely, we'll give paying customers reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused period.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the content of third-party reviews displayed through the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
